Danielle Intro
I am a mother, daughter, sister, wife, and helping professional. I understand the feelings of overwhelm, relational stress, inadequacy, grief, hope, questioning, and the desire to do and be more. I find grounding and restoration through the outdoors, exercise, writing, travel, solitude, and meaningful connection with others.
As a Social Worker for over 15 years, I have had the privilege of working in direct service as well as in leadership roles supporting professionals and navigating complex systems. I am experienced in supporting individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, vicarious trauma, grief, and relational challenges, as well as those navigating difficult, high-stress, and complex life circumstances.
In our therapy sessions, you can expect me to show up as my imperfect self: warm, relational, validating, curious, willing to offer challenge and perspective when helpful, and with speckles of humor. I am not overly clinical or rigid in my approach, and I value real conversation and building a collaborative partnership where we can explore uncertainty, discomfort, growth, and opportunity together.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, balanced, connected, and confident in navigating whatever stage of life you are in.
