Whether you are referring from a hospital, IOP, PHP, or counseling center, clients are matched with clinicians within 24 to 48 hours.
A follow-up email will be sent out to confirm that they have both made contact with each other. And monthly reports will be generated for you in case you need the therapeutic alliance with your organization intact.
