Sarah Intro

I’ve been in the social work field since 2013 and have worked in a variety of settings, including home-based family therapy, school social work, and systems-level work within a school district. These experiences have shaped how I show up in therapy—thoughtful of both personal experiences and the larger systems that can influence stress, relationships, and well-being.

My approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed. I am a Certified Trauma-Informed Educator and trained in the Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) framework. I focus on creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood, while helping you build skills for emotional regulation, resilience, and stronger connections with others.

I am especially passionate about working with individuals through life transitions, including new mothers adjusting to the many emotional and identity shifts that come with parenthood. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for support and clarity, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I love partnering with clients to help them identify their goals and recognize their strengths, even during difficult moments. My hope is that our work together feels collaborative, empowering, and grounded in genuine connection—so you leave therapy feeling more confident, supported, and aligned with the life you want to build.
