Intake Process
Step 1: Submit Referral
Referrals may be made by providers, programs, hospitals, or directly by the client.
Step 2: Clinical Matching
Our intake team reviews the referral and matches the client with a clinician based on presenting concerns, treatment goals, availability, and insurance considerations.
Step 3: Client Outreach
We contact the client directly to discuss scheduling, insurance, and next steps.
Step 4: Initial Appointment
Clients are typically scheduled for an intake assessment and treatment planning session with their assigned therapist.

Most referrals are contacted within 1–2 business days.
Appointments are often available within 1–2 weeks.
